Macho Distorto offers a grassroots approach to music as art, working just as much from the heart as the head in order to create something that can appeal to the common ear, provoke an emotional response, and still remain functional.
Macho Distorto has cut it's teeth via underground performances, record releases, artist exhibitions and collaborations and now has set it's feet firmly in sound design and composition for all forms of visual and digital media.

On a personal note (within a business blurb), Christopher is fan of black coffee, bananas, lamps, cats and bow ties. His favourite comic book is Grendel, his favourite producers are J Dilla and Madlib, and he's a shameless fan of King Crimson and Black Sabbath.
He's been playing live for over ten years, is disgustingly confident on a drum kit, prefers baritone guitars and is of the opinion that with a good ear, an audiophile can 'pull a sound' out of any piece of sonic gear provided to them.
He probably likes a lot of things that you like, and is not big on over-thinking or nonsense pleasantries, though he is an advocate for good grammar.
